Beste lezers,
Ik neem aan dat iedereen aankomt in Bangkok en aldaar 2 weken in quarantaine gaat. Menigeen zal ook doorreizen naar buiten Bangkok, maar aangezien Bangkok een rode provincie is kan dat problemen opleveren.
Wie is doorgereisd/gaat doorreizen (bijvoorbeeld naar Chiang Rai) en heeft daar ervaring mee? Is 2 weken quarantaine in Bangkok en een vaccinatiebewijs voldoende om niet weer in quarantaine te moeten?
Zo ja, wordt een Nederlands vaccinatiebewijs geaccepteerd, of misschien het gele vaccinatieboekje?
Wie heeft tips? Hoe hebben jullie dat opgelost?

Als je uit de quarantaine mag, krijg je papieren mee. Je hoeft dan niet in een andere provincie weer opnieuw in quarantaine. Soms moet je je melden bij de plaatselijke arts. Het is natuurlijk anders als je eerst in Bangkok blijft en dan verder reizt.

Due to the government has issued regulations under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. 2558 (No. 25) and the Order of the Center for Management of the Epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) ) No. 6/2021 defines the situation as the new highest and more stringent control area, namely Bangkok and its vicinities (Nakhon Pathom Province, Nonthaburi Province, Pathum Thani Province, Samut Prakan Province and Samut Sakhon Province) and the southern border provinces (Narathiwat Province, Pattani Province, Yala Province and Songkhla Province). Therefore, in order to effectively manage the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) by virtue of the regulations issued under Article 9 of the Royal Decree 2011, No. 25, in conjunction with Section 22 (1) (7) and Section 34 of the Communicable Disease Act, B.E. 2558 (2015), with the approval of the Chiang Rai Communicable Disease Committee. 1. Cancellation of the Chiang Rai Communicable Disease Committee Order No. 40/2564 dated May 14, 2021 regarding the prescription of measures to treat travelers from the highest and strict control areas entering Chiang Rai province.
2. Cancellation of Chiang Rai Communicable Disease Committee Order No. 42/2564 dated May 21, 2021, regarding the prescription of additional measures to treat travelers from the highest and strict control areas to Chiang Rai province.
3. Cancellation of the Chiang Rai Communicable Disease Committee Order No. 437/2564 dated June 16, 2021 on the prescription of additional measures to treat travelers from the highest and strict control areas entering Chiang Rai province.
4. Determine measures to treat travelers from the highest and strict control areas such as Bangkok and its vicinity, Nakhon Pathom Province, Nonthaburi Province, Pathum Thani Province, Samut Prakan Province and Samut Sakhon Province) and the southern border provinces. (Narathiwat Province, Pattani Province, Yala Province, and Songkhla Province) If entering Chiang Rai province, travelers must have a test result for COVID-19 using RT PCR method or Antigen Rapid Test up to 72 hours or receive 1 dose of AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine after 14 days of vaccination or receive 2 doses of Sinovac vaccine. Traveling to Chiang Rai Province, such travelers must be intensively self-monitored for 14 days and follow DMHTTA measures, including D: Distancing, distance between persons, avoiding contact with others M: Mask wearing Cloth masks or Hygienic mask at all times H: Hand washing Wash your hands often. Provide adequate hand sanitizer service points. T: Temperature Body temperature check before entering the service to screen users who may be sick. T: Testing for Covid-19. 19 and A: Application Install and use the application “Thai Chana” and “Mor Chana” strictly before entering and leaving the place every time.
5. In the case of a traveler from a highly restricted and strictly controlled area who is not domiciled in Chiang Rai without a COVID-19 test result or have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 If the number is reached, quarantine in a government-provided facility (Local Quarantine) for 14 days or as long as it is in Chiang Rai.
6. In the case of a traveler from a highly restricted and strictly controlled area who is domiciled in Chiang Rai without a COVID-19 test result or has not received a COVID-19 vaccine. Complete the number of such travelers to report to the administrative officer, village headman, community leader, village health volunteer (Vol.) or communicable disease control officer in the traveler’s domicile area to issue a self-quarantine quarantine order. intensively at home or at home (Home Quarantine) for 14 days or as long as it is in the area of Chiang Rai, provided that such travelers strictly follow the orders of the Communicable Disease Control Officer
7. In case of public passenger transport or freight transport vehicle, the transport documents issued by the operator shall be presented to the officer at the checkpoint / checkpoint and the communicable disease control officer stationed at the checkpoint / checkpoint shall issue an order to the vehicle operator. Ik hoop dat ze niet per provincie hun eigen uitleg gaan geven. Het is natuurlijk niet hetzelfde als je in bangkok in quarantaine hebt gezeten en dan linea directa naar Chiang Mai gaat of eerst nog even een paar dagen Bangkok aandoet. De zelf check is natuurlijk geen probleem, maar het zou van de gekke zijn als je uit quarantaine weer in quarantaine moet. Mij is in ieder geval verzekerd dat ik mij alleen moet melden, maar mijn vrouw moet wel in thuis quarantaine. Maar ja tit Thailand ieder dorp maakt zijn regels bovenop die van de regering.

Direct vanuit de ASQ naar het vliegveld en direct naar Chiang Rai. Je bent gevaccineerd en je hebt ook nog eens het resultaat van je laatste PCR test. Maar wel gelijk gaan.
